The Asian technology convening — the regional room, in the region rather than about it.
Asia Disrupt is the regional room. The distinction the format is built on is that a summit held in a region produces different relationships from a panel about that region held somewhere else, and the group has consistently found the first kind to be the ones that survive the conference.
It shares the Global Summits format and, today, its origin: the two domains resolve to the same host.
