GDA Group is the disruptive-technology merchant bank and the oldest operating business in the estate. It is where most of the group’s deal flow originates and where the institutional relationships sit — roughly 380 pages of definitions, transactions and partner glossary, generated and content-checked.

It also runs a real production agent: one that pulls its assigned initiative tasks from FlashyOS and publishes partner glossary entries, refusing to complete a task without a real evidence URL. Editorial sovereignty is enforced in code rather than by good intentions — a partner does not get to write the bank’s copy.
