BuildOS
The construction operating system — a vertical AI roll-up run as an agent-operated business, and the estate’s first test of whether an industry can be operated rather than sold to.
BuildOS is the construction operating system: a vertical AI roll-up run as an agent-operated business rather than a tool sold to one. Instead of licensing software to contractors, it operates the work — scheduling, procurement, compliance and settlement — with agents holding delegated authority and humans approving above a published threshold.
It is strategically the most important property in this vertical, because it is the estate’s first real test of the claim underneath everything else: that an agent-accountable organisation can run a physical, regulated, low-margin industry better than a software vendor can serve one. If it works here it works nearly anywhere.
