One property, one accountable human.

Every organisation in this estate names a reachable person who answers for it. That is a rule of the standard the group publishes rather than a courtesy — an entity that cannot name who is accountable does not launch, and the name is carried in machine-readable form at /flashyos.roles.json so it can be checked without asking us.

The parent is three properties, and so it is three seats. They are drawn as equals: no one of them is a subordinate of another, and each carries its own seat rather than inheriting the parent’s. A seat is handed over by changing a line of data, not by redrawing the structure.

Today one person holds all three. This page says so plainly, because a structure that hides how concentrated it is has told you the least useful thing about itself.

An estate built to outlast its founder has to be able to hand a seat to someone. Drawing three of them now, in public, is how that stays possible — and how anyone who should be sitting in one can see that the chair already has their shape.
