Flashy Network is where the group publishes what it would rather not have to. The settlement record, the ledger invariant, and whether the books actually balance are served here as machine-readable surfaces, so the claim can be checked by someone who does not trust us.
That is an unusual thing for a group to build about itself, and it is deliberate: an economy whose operator is also the only auditor is one nobody outside can price.
