Relentless
Move relentlessly, at a tempo the office sets rather than one a fund clock sets for it.
Relentless is a claim about continuing through the part where nothing works, and it is only worth making if somebody else can check it. The delivery record is seven rungs and the last four are settled by fetching a URL rather than by anybody saying so, which means the office cannot promote its own work by describing it more warmly.
The roadmap states gates rather than dates for the same reason. A date is a promise about a calendar and a gate is a condition a stranger can test, and an office that publishes dates is asking to be judged on the one variable it controls least.
What it refuses
A claim that rests on effort. Nothing here is evidence because it was hard; the record is derived from what shipped, and a page that describes activity without pointing at an artefact is not counted.
Where it is practised
Three sequences run for over a decade — four technology waves, twelve years of convening, and four ways of being paid — each stage larger than the last and none of them timed to a vintage year.
