Magician

Magician is an operating system for superconnectors. The most connected people alive hold relationship graphs that run economies, locked in memory, inboxes and twenty years of context; this property makes them routable — consented introductions along trusted paths, with outcomes sealed so the graph learns only from what actually happened.

Two of its rules are why the rest of the estate depends on it rather than merely linking it. Nothing a person does alone moves their standing: authority comes from what others assert, and there is a test whose whole job is proving unilateral activity moves nothing. And an introduction is sealed over canonical JSON with a portable hash, so an outcome cannot be revised after the fact to flatter the person who produced it.

It also publishes the concierge that every estate property vendors byte-identical, and the Activation standard the estate grades itself against. That is the unusual part of the relationship: the parent is measured by a standard one of its own properties owns, and the property does not soften it.
