The first vertical outside software, and the honest test of whether this group's method survives a domain where a claim can hurt somebody.
Everything else this office runs is software, where a wrong claim costs money. Here a wrong claim costs something else, and that is exactly why it is worth entering: the method the group already applies to its own estate — publish the record, date the claim, grade the basis, name the human who answers, and show the gaps rather than filling them — has never been tested anywhere the stakes were real.
The group brings no laboratory and no clinical expertise, and claims neither. It brings a register and a refusal: an entry needs a named human, a citation, an as-of date and a grade from a scheme published before any entry existed. The register launches holding nothing, and says so, because the alternative in this category is inventing an evidence grade — which is the most damaging thing this estate could put on the internet.

The gate
One arm, and it is unearned so far as the other two go. h3alth.group operates; h3alth.ventures is named with no deal flow of its own yet and h3alth.capital with no balance sheet, and each of those two says so on its own front page rather than implying an institution that does not exist.
A vertical earns its own Ventures arm when it has deal flow of its own, and a Capital arm when it has a balance sheet to allocate. Neither is granted at formation, and both are published on the roadmap so a partner can check whether the group applied its own rule.
